We provide reliable and convenient delivery services across Karachi, with same-day delivery available on most orders.
Mattress Delivery
- Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 8:00 PM are generally eligible for same-day delivery. For locations close to our dispatching point, we may be able to accept orders until 10:00 PM, subject to availability.
- Delivery Charges: Mattress delivery charges normally range from Rs. 1,000 to Rs. 2,000, depending on the delivery location.
- For locations that are exceptionally far or difficult to access, additional delivery charges may apply. We will inform you of any additional charges before confirming your order.
- Payment Options: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer for ready-to-deliver mattresses.
- Customized / Made-to-Order Mattresses: Customized mattresses or mattresses that need to be specially made may require an advance payment before production begins. The remaining amount can be paid according to the agreed payment method.
Accessories Delivery
- Delivery Charges: Accessories are delivered across Karachi with charges generally ranging from Rs. 400 to Rs. 1,200, depending on the item’s size, quantity, and delivery location.
- Advance Payment Required: COD is not available for accessories. Full payment must be made in advance through Bank Transfer before the order is dispatched
- Delivery charges, if applicable, will be confirmed with the customer before dispatch.
Important Delivery Information
- Karachi Only: We currently provide delivery within Karachi only. We do not offer delivery outside Karachi.
- Delivery times may vary depending on traffic, weather, road conditions, and delivery location.
- Customers are requested to provide an accurate and complete delivery address and active contact number to avoid delays.
- Our delivery team may contact you before arrival to confirm the delivery location and availability.
- For apartment buildings, offices, gated communities, or areas with restricted access, customers may need to coordinate with the delivery team regarding access and unloading.
- Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, please ensure someone is available to receive it at the provided address.
- Delivery charges are separate from the product price unless a specific offer states otherwise.
- Any special delivery requirements or additional charges will be communicated to the customer before dispatch.
